File Sprint Government Restitution Refund Claim
Are you a Sprint Mobile customer? If yes, then you might be eligible for the refunds. You are not required to contact the court or Sprint’s Customer Care about the process of settlement. You just need to visit the Sprint Government Restitution website to file claims and you can also check your eligibility on their website. Sprint can settle the allegations that their customers may have been charged for the third-party, unauthorized services on the wireless bills. These are the bills that are by the companies who offer Premium SMS services, like wallpapers, ringtones, and celebrity gossip and horoscope text messages subscriptions. This settlement doesn’t relate to the DCB (direct-carrier billing) or the Google Play fees through sprint.
Who Is Eligible For Sprint Refunds?
You must be a former or current Sprint prepaid or postpaid customer. If you have paid for the third-party, unauthorized charges of PSMS after 1st July 2010 and didn’t receive a credit against such charges, then you can apply for the refunds. If you are a postpaid customer, then you can apply for the full refund. However, the prepaid customers can only apply for the one-time $7 refund for the unauthorized charges. The actual amounts of the refund might be lower and it depends on how many claims are submitted.
Filing A Claim
KCC (Kurtzman Carson Consultants), hired by Sprint, administers the refund settlement and they help with funds processing as well as bill credits for the valid claims. To file claims, all you need is to access their official Sprint Government Restitution website. You will be asked to fill up an online claim form on their site. Or, you can also download the claim form from the website, and then mail it. You must file your claim before the claim deadline.
Instructions To File A Refund Claim

- Visit the official Sprint Government Restitution site where you need to submit an online claim form.
- On their site, you need to click the option “File a Claim” that is available on their menu that is located on the upper-left hand side.
