TALX paperless payroll is the computer software which your employer can use to regulate its payroll system in as an alternative of traditional old fashioned of check issuing pay roll system.
What Are Requirements?
- You will need a computer or a laptop which is connected to your company’s intranet and Internet. Can be a computer you use to work at your office or company.
- If you are a common employee at the company and you want to see, update or change your TALX information. You should be present in the list of company’s payroll system.
- And if you are a employer at your company. You should have access to your company’s payroll system and employees work record information.
- If you want to access from anywhere else you should connect your computer laptop to the internet.
Guideline To Login TALX Paperless Payroll Account:
- Go to your Computer system or Laptop you use to work in company. Connect it to intranet of your company.
- Go to TALX site at your company’s computer which is connected to intranet of company.
- Enter your registration ID and Password to login to your information menu.
- If you are accessing your account from home, go to your computer turn it on and connect it to internet and enter this link www.securitasepay.com in to search bar of computer press enter or select go button to go to the TALX website.
- After that on main site to will see an option of sign in. Click that button to continue.
- On the next page you will be asked to enter your social security number to continue.
- Now on the next page you will be asked to enter your employee code to continue to the main menu of your payroll account.
- Here you can see a main menu from there you can select Pay review to review your past and present pay slips or reports.
- You can select Direct Deposit Maintenance to check amount which are payable and deposit accounts.
- Can select update menu to update your personal information of your account like name, address and tax information.
- You can also select e-reports menu form where you can generate reports and can print them out, scheduling and commissions.
