Follow Easy Steps To Create An Account On My Chart:
- Get on to your PC and follow the link: www.myonlinechart.org
- The homepage of the website will show two options on the top left of the screen, Sign in and Sign up now.
- The users who are already registered will provide their MyChart username and password that will lead them to the homepage of the website.
The users who are not yet registered should click on the sign up now button and follow the following steps:
