  • On this page you will be asked to select your language. Select the language you can easily understand and then you will see a button named as “Click here to continue “press that button to start the survey.
  • Now on the new page which will load there you will be asked to enter store number that will be 4-digit number and access code. Both will be mentioned on the receipt with invitation of survey you got from you last visit at the store.
  • Now on further pages you will be asked some easy questions about your experience at the store. You have to answer to all the question asked without any hesitation or stress, just answer them as according to your experience from the store. This will take only few minutes to complete this survey.
