- Click the “Returning User Login” link at the top of the page.
- Now click on the “Create Account” link.
- Check the box and click the “accept” button after reading terms and policies.
- Now provide your name, social security number, date of birth and all the other information that is demanded. Click the “Next” button.
- Provide your address, select username and password and then select the security question as well.
In the end, you will have to verify your identity and confirm the information that you provided. Click on the create account option and after the verification, you will be registered on the network to use the services.
